What do you listen for when reviewing podcast content?
I have never reviewed podcast content before, but I listen to a great deal of them on my own in my down time. I tend to find that certain phrases or points stick out to me for the duration of the podcast and I like to focus in depth on the ones that resonate with me. I also think tone and attitude impact the podcast completely, definitely something to listen out for as well!

How do you approach providing constructive feedback?
I like to keep an open mind when entering any situation where feedback is needed. Its ideal to be truthful but not too aggressive in your words and always have positive and negative notes if both are present in the task.
