How do you create FOMO and social proof?
I would curate posts and information that relay the message that people who use SHe Biology products have a higher quality of life and a better knowledge of what is truly healthy for the skin and body. through beautiful, fresh looking photographs and posing real results and reviews will help express this message.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would asses weather the review had a valid complaint and see if there was anything we had done wrong. If so, I would try and solve the issue through explanation of why things didn't go smoothly for the customer and offer a constellation or solution to the issue. If the negative review was rude and left by a negative customer I would respond by leaving a positive comment and a request for that reviewer to please not leave negative reviews.
