I went to a farm-to-table restaurant in Asheville, North Carolina, and had an autumn risotto with trout. It was DELICIOUS, there were edible flowers along the plate, so it was also beautiful. The risotto was so buttery and smooth, it was cut very nicely with the fish, to bring in the freshness with the richness.

I would first start by apologizing for their negative experience. I would then ask what happened to upset them and if there is anything I could do to rectify what was wrong.

I immediately go to Christmas, so I think Starbucks and their holiday drinks. Over the Fourth of July, I eat Bush's Baked beans, Thanksgiving reminds me of Bob Evans Mac and Cheese.
