I have a personal TikTok account that is about to hit 10K and I am very vocal about my life and struggles. I think hearing that even bubbly people like me have mental health struggles. Yes! I have a lot of experience with mental health struggles and therapy. I am a D1 soccer player, which has come with a lot of stress and anxiety. I have a therapist who I talk to and I take anxiety medication. From the outside nobody would know my struggles, but I am EXTREMELY open about sharing because it has truly changed my life for the better.
