Interview Questions
Innov8te
Social Media Manager

Do you think you have the creativity to engage innov8te's online audience?
I'd like to think so! In my last role at Fight or Flight (B2B tech PR), I managed the social activity for a sales-tax automation software's partner community. I created videos using Cameo to drive registration for a sales contest, created weekly "wacky tax" Tuesday posts, and was diligent about community engagement so their social pages became more of a community/customer hub then a sales page.

If you were to create a video to promote innov8te what would be the content?
I think Innov8te right now fails to communicate trust and results on social. Particularly on LinkedIn, where you buying audience is, the conversation about results & what partnership with Innov8te actually entails is absent.
To start, I would build out your LinkedIn about section to be clear about product offerings and case studies (& optimizing keywords for AI search). In addition, I would pivot away from images that look photoshopped/AI generated and I generated.
In my eyes, success on social media for Innov8te isn't just about a standalone video/post; rather a more defined social strategy (emphasizing credibility building, visibility, and clarity around products/services) would be a pathway to opening doors with prospective brands.
To answer your question, I'd start with platform maintenance to lay the foundation for case studies/product messaging to shine.

Share the link to your instagram and TikTok accounts.
Admittedly, I understand not having my own public accounts on TikTok/Instagram may not make me a strong candidate (I'm a nerd when it comes to my personal privacy and data safety). I maintain accounts on both platforms in "ghost mode" so I can stay up to date on trends and platform updates.
