Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
When interning with LivTours, we had some customers who struggled using the website to book tours. I offered them assistance by booking the tour myself and sending double copies of their itinerary. It helped for them to speak to someone, as they were having trouble with technology and they were grateful to have someone to speak with.

How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?
I would first reach out via LinkedIn or email and try to build a relationship. If there is a mutual, I would mention that and build rapport off of that. I would offer a trial of the product, and set up a future meeting to discuss the trial and possible product orders.
