I feel like Gen Z and millenials are the top consumer groups who would want high protein, low sugar food. I feel like this group of people value fitness, convenience and brands with a strong/unique personality, so the best way to market towards them would be through funny, meme-driven social content on tiktok/instagram or through influencer partnerships, with athletes or gym influencers, as well as bold yet playful packaging that instantly communicates "healthy but fun"

How would you create engaging content that combines fitness and humor?
I would mix relatable fitness struggles with playful/trendy exaggerations, such as creating skits, memes or voiceovers that poke fun at gym life, food cravings or "reality vs expectation" workouts. I would make sure to still slip in helpful tips or workout knowledge. I feel like the key is timing and honesty; cleanly edited posts, punchy captions, jokes that make people engage with the post and feel seen so that they laugh and then realize that they have actually learned something or felt motivated to workout
