Can you share a time when you tested or gave feedback on a product, app, or feature? What did you enjoy or find challenging about that experience?
I tested an app called Bro that had not yet launced on the app store. I was able to test the app, give the creators my opinion of what I liked and disliked, any difficulties I encounters, and features that were confusing and any user error issues I might've experienced. This greatly helped the app and its production/design and now it is very successful on the app store! I enjoyed problem solving within the app and communicating effectively to the designers what worked well / did not. I found it hard to articulate some issues sometimes because they were so bias about their own app creation, but as we continued to work we figured out what strategies and communication outlets worked best!
