If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would first try and understand their perspective, considering the factors that are significant in the review. Using these factors, and taking into consideration their perspective, this could be an incentive to improve a product. Therefore a response would be an apology for the inability to fully enjoy experiencing the product, reminding them how important their experience is to us, and redirect them to another product that could be more fitting for them or to stay updated for an improved product.
