What video would you film to promote our Whole Foods launch?

To promote Whipnotic’s Whole Foods launch, I’d film a fun, vibrant video that feels like a “main character” moment for dessert lovers everywhere. It would start with me walking through Whole Foods, spotting the colorful Whipnotic cans, and doing a quick happy dance before tossing one in my cart. Then I’d cut to me at home making an aesthetic coffee or fruit bowl, giving viewers that satisfying swirl moment with upbeat music and playful text overlays like “Whole Foods just got sweeter.” I’d show a few quick clips of my friends trying it and reacting with pure joy, ending with a flirty wink and “Now available at Whole Foods—go get your swirl on!” The vibe would be confident, colorful, and effortlessly fun, perfect for TikTok and Reels.

How do you prioritize and manage your outreach efforts?

I prioritize and manage my outreach efforts by using a mix of organization, research, and time blocking. At Coach Corner, I first identified target audiences—such as coaches, athletes, and organizations—that aligned best with our platform’s mission. I’d then segment outreach lists based on engagement level or likelihood to convert. To stay efficient, I used time blocking to dedicate specific hours to research, outreach, and follow-up. I also tracked responses and progress using tools like Trello and Google Sheets to make sure no lead fell through the cracks. This structure helped me stay consistent, organized, and focused on the highest-quality leads.
