When dealing with a difficult client, I stay calm, patient, and focused on understanding their perspective. I listen actively and use psychological keywords: such as empathy, understanding, and reassurance, to create a sense of trust and emotional safety. This helps the client feel heard and valued. Then, I clarify expectations, offer practical solutions, and communicate transparently about next steps. My goal is to turn a challenging situation into a positive, trust-building experience.
