I have always found it difficult to describe my past jobs in a way that is appealing to future employers. So, if the engine is able to create a list of attributes that would look good on a resume after you type in a job title, that would be helpful. For example, if a person types in "waitress" the engine could list suggestions like "Maintaining regular clientele through professional and friendly service" instead of someone typing "waiting tables".
