What's a strategy you'd suggest in order to spark curiosity and excitement ahead of a re-launch?
I actually researched and followed your business on tiktok and instagram and I couldn't help but notice it has very few followers and comments. To relaunch your brand, I believe you should be more comunicative. Imagine this: you start posting enigmatic tiktoks and reels, with plenty of hashtags so that they end up on people's fyp or feed. The videos could say something along the lines of "I was on a walk and smelled something different" or maybe "I felt something different" especially since your brand is all about connecting with yourself. Then you could start posting making-offs and really close up pictures, keeping the hashtags and enigmatic captions. After this, you could simply annouce the change in the brand ( the new logo, possible new scents, etc). I would also suggest new types of candles, like an autumn collection, a manifestation collection and, later, a winter one (not christmas, avoiding the sweet scents, more like those fresh scnets you can smell only after a big rainstorm, or the perfect scent for a cozy night in).

Please share a brand that does an incredible job of engaging their community on social. Why?
EA. I have never played any of their games besides The Sims 4 and I always see them interacting with the players, commenting on their twitch lives and so on. They also do a great job at listening to what players want and wish for the game, adding new things and correcting bugs. Even tho it's a huge company, I believe they make an effort to please the players. About my submission, I believe there might be a mistake: this gig showed up under "remote". I can only do remote work as I live in Portugal. Despite the possible mistake, i sent my application, I don't have nothing to lose. Even if the job is in the US, I believe you are considering building a team and I believe I would be helpful when it would come to replying to comments on social media, or anything similar to this.
