Journaling actually plays a really important role in my life. I kept a journal all throughout high school, my gap year and my college experience so far and it’s been hilarious to look back on. It’s cool to see how much I’ve changed and grown. I also worked as a creative assistant for a journaling workshop company (@journalingclasses) which showed me how much journaling can impact someone’s life. I recommend journaling to every one of my friends!
