Being authentic means being true to myself. Although it's difficult at times, I've learned that the key to that truth/authenticity is to express yourself in a way that is congruent with your values. Being true to the full range of all of my feelings allows me to connect to the rest of my life.

I think by using UGC creators is by far the #1 way to create social proof/FOMO. With getting the product out there, some are automatically more attracted to it. I also think that by showing that drops are selling out/sold out/going fast, creates an environment for impulse shopping.

First of all, I would express my gratitude for the customer leaving honest feedback, it's important to be open to Constructive criticism. Secondly, I would apologize. Showing sympathy can go a long way and shows the customer that I'm taking responsibility. I would then ask for more details in trying to gain their perspective and show that I'm willing to take steps to make positive changes. And lastly, I would remind myself to stay positive. A negative response is way worse than a negative review. It's important to show that I'm taking responsibility for my Customer Service and Care.
