How would you describe your knowledge of menstrual health? Do you feel informed on proactive and preventative health measures?
I'd say my knowledge of menstrual health is frankly quite average. However, I am very conscious of the importance of women's health as it plays a vital role in the women in my life, including my mom, sister, and close friends.
