How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?

For my Experience, When identifying bugs in digital products, I start by reproducing the issue consistently. I check what triggers it, what the expected behavior should be, and what actually happens. I also test different scenarios (devices, browsers, user inputs, network conditions) to narrow down whether the issue is isolated or systemic so that I can ensure the quality of the outputs that I've given.
