Please share any relevant social media management experience and how you defined success in the role.
During the school year I run Penn State's Honor's college social media. This includes: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIN. During the short time that I was there (January through May) I managed to increase our followers by 50 along with creating a cohesive brand look. I define success in the role by looking at analytics but also by having all socials be cohesive. Each platform has their own audience and tone it doesn't mean that they can't all still be related and similar to each other.

Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.
One thing that is important is making sure that everyone is on the same pageant communication is the key to that. One way I ensure this is by asking for approval and feedback not only at the end of a task but also through the middle. I believe that questions are the best way to make sure that I understand something and to ensure that everyone is on the same page. A good form of communication that I've used in my other jobs have been using Asana. Which is an app that allows you to see your weekly and monthly posts along with using Microsoft teams to message people instantly.
