What type of content do you believe performs best when it comes to aesthetic lifestyle videos?
I think the content that performs best in the aesthetic lifestyle space is the kind that feels authentic, calming, and visually satisfying and that’s why formats like “Day in the Life” and “GRWM (Get Ready With Me)” for bed or the day tend to really resonate. Personally, I think a “GRWM for bed” hits especially well because it taps into self-care, skincare, wind-down routines, and that cozy, relaxing vibe people love before bed. It’s super relatable and feels like a friend inviting you into their peaceful nighttime routine especially when it includes soft lighting, calming music, and thoughtful narration. That said, “Day in the Life” content also performs great when it’s balanced between aesthetic moments (like making a matcha or journaling) and realistic tasks (like studying, going to work, or running errands). It gives viewers structure and inspiration while still feeling chill and aspirational.

How important is routine to you when it comes to sleep health?
Routine is super important to me when it comes to sleep health. As a student juggling a busy schedule, I’ve noticed that having a consistent sleep routine really makes a difference in how focused and energized I feel throughout the day. When I stick to a regular bedtime and wind-down routine such as limiting screen time, taking supplements, or doing some light reading, it’s much easier to fall asleep and wake up feeling refreshed. Without that structure, I tend to stay up too late, sleep poorly, and feel the effects the next day, especially during exams or stressful weeks.
