I’ll take viewers through a raw, real day of being a student-athlete or content creator, highlighting moments where Flo’s tracking or educational tools come in clutch—from syncing with your cycle during training, to handling mood swings before practice, or planning recovery based on your energy levels. I’ll add in my humor, personality, and relatable “Flo Facts” pop-ups throughout the video to keep it engaging and informative.

A successful engagement strategy I used during the CVS Christmas special was leveraging my platform as a student-athlete to create a relatable and festive video campaign that spoke directly to my campus community. By directing and filming a Christmas Eve video featuring fellow student-athletes, I drove over 110 people to use my CVS code and helped the video become the most viewed on their page at the time—leading to an ongoing NIL partnership with CVS where I continue to represent the brand authentically and creatively.

Absolutely! Flo has been the best thing in the world for me. I am a woman with abnormal cycles and flo has helped me in so many ways. Even now I just got a notification from them about tomorrow’s forecast!
