Can you describe your experience with creating short-form video content?
As a student at Texas A&M International University in Laredo, Texas, I create content that’s very real and relatable — like day-in-the-life videos, game days, campus moments, gym routines, and events. I also work in sports media as an intern with Dave Campbell’s Texas Football (DCTF), which has helped me understand how to capture fast-paced moments, tell stories quickly, and create engaging visuals in real time. My style of short-form content is very hook-driven and Gen Z focused. I usually start with strong attention-grabbing openings, keep videos fast-paced, and use trending audio, captions, and POV-style storytelling to keep viewers engaged in the first few seconds. I’ve also learned how to make content feel natural instead of overly scripted, which helps with brand collaborations. Whether it’s lifestyle, sports, or fitness, I know how to turn everyday moments into short videos that feel authentic and perform well on social media.

Do you have a reliable mode of transportation to get to the retailer?
Yes, I have a reliable mode of transportation to get to the retailer. I’m based in Laredo, Texas and attend Texas A&M International University, so I’m consistently commuting around the city for school, content creation, gym, and events. I have dependable transportation that allows me to get to locations on time and complete any in-person content or retail requirements without issues.

How do you stay focused during repetitive tasks?
I stay focused during repetitive tasks by breaking them into small goals and giving myself short checkpoints instead of thinking about the whole thing at once. That helps me stay consistent without getting distracted or bored.
I also like to connect the task to a purpose. For example, if I’m doing something repetitive for work or content, I think about the outcome — like getting better results, improving speed, or finishing something I can be proud of. That keeps me engaged.
I naturally work well in environments where I can stay in a rhythm, so I usually focus on building momentum. Once I get into that flow, I tend to stay locked in and move efficiently without losing attention.
If needed, I also reset my focus by taking quick short breaks, then coming back with fresh attention so I can keep the same level of accuracy and consistency throughout the task.
