Operations Intern — Account Management & Coordination
Describe a time you coordinated a project or event successfully.
One time I successfully coordinated a project was through my role as a Stanley ambassador, where I hosted an on-campus event to distribute products and promote the brand.
I planned everything from choosing a busy location on campus to timing it around when students were walking to class. I also promoted it ahead of time and made sure I was fully prepared with inventory and setup.
During the event, I stayed organized and adapted to the flow of students to keep everything running smoothly. It ended up being really successful with a lot of engagement.
