If you were managing our social media, what story or theme would you highlight first, and why?
If I were managing Refundly’s social media, I would start by highlighting the theme “Making Life Easier, One Refund at a Time”. This story would focus on the convenience and empowerment Refundly brings to users dealing with stressful return and refund processes. I would look to build trust with he audience through Content showing Refundly’s process in action. For example, behind the scenes or day in the life mini vlogs to emphasize authenticity.

Tell me about a time when a post or campaign didn’t perform as expected. How did you pivot or adjust your approach? –
Although I haven’t managed a professional post or campaign yet, I encountered a similar situation during a group project for my Sport Management class. We were tasked with presenting a marketing strategy for any professional sport, and we chose to combine revenue and media deals between the Major Soccer League and the National Women's Soccer League. Our initial concept didn’t resonate with our classmates and professor during a mock presentation. To pivot, We suggested gathering feedback from the audience to understand what wasn’t connecting. We adjusted our approach by incorporating more relatable examples like a potential doc-series modeling the "Hard Knocks". We utilized AI to help with a mock up of what the series could potentially look like. The revised presentation was much better received.
