What's three important aspects you consider when adopting a new social app into your daily screen time?
The three things I consider the most are how many of my friends use the app, speed and overall interface of the app, and also the amount of adds and how advertising is incorporated into the app.

How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
Clearly lining out the expectations of each individuals while, doing check ins before a tasks deadline. Also being available to support them through situations where collaboration seems fit.
