Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
An example is during group projects in my business class I helped my team members with excel. I had previous experience so I shared with them my knowledge in ways they could understand and easily learn. If they had any questions I showed them a step-by-step process to learn visually. I made make sure they fully understood before moving on.

How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?
I would reach out via email or text and introducing myself and thanking them for engaging with the product. I would let them know I wanted their feedback and would try to set up a time/meeting to learn more about their experience. I would try to connect on what they value in the product. I would connect with them on LinkedIn and I would organize their feedback and share new features with them. I would answer any questions they have and would let them know I would check back in with them to stay engaged with them as a user.
