I am 24 years old and recently went off of birth control after being on it for about 10 years. Making the decision to end birth control was difficult but liberating, and I had to re-teach myself about all of the different contraception options there are out there. Choosing what felt like the right decision for me was difficult because of the societal pressure there is on women to be on birth control, and I would like to break down that barrier and allow women to feel more comfortable in their sexual health choices.

What is the most important thing a social media manager should be doing?
Ensure that all social media pages are up to date on appropriateness of content, as well as developing creative outreach agendas.

What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
It is important to read the room and understand how others perceive their roles to understand and prepare for how that will interact with your own role. For the most part I show up as a leader when I feel competent to be one. In situations where I do not feel I have adequate knowledge or experience within a group, I will revert to being an observer/learner.
