I think genuine and vulnerable content does the best long term where brand building is concerned. forced content usually garners short term attention and a fading audience. using more "real life" content brings in more loyal clients / customers

How important is routine to you when it comes to sleep health?
Sleep hygiene is a topic I've always loved discussing, from the intricacies of REM to Deep sleep. It all piques my curiosity and it's something I implement into my daily life and nap culture. I use the information I have to work around my taxing schedule in order to maintain good academic standing all while being well rested and avoiding sleep deprivation
