This role involves creating content almost daily. How do you plan, batch, or structure your workflow to stay consistent?
Because I’ve worked in high-volume content roles before, I rely heavily on batching and structured planning. I map content out weekly or biweekly based on key themes and scripts, then dedicate specific filming days to shoot multiple videos at once rather than creating from scratch daily. I organize everything in a simple content tracker with hooks, script beats, status, and deadlines so nothing slips. After filming, I block editing time separately and schedule content in advance when possible. That separation of planning, filming, and editing keeps the process efficient and sustainable

How comfortable are you experimenting with new formats or trends and sharing those ideas proactively?
I’m very comfortable experimenting with new formats and trends. My background as a Marketing Director and over seven years in social make me think strategically about iterating quickly and doubling down on what works. I can spot trends easily and love sharing what I’m seeing work (and not work) to drive faster growth.

Have you worked on a retainer or long-term content setup before? What did that look like?
Yes! I’ve worked on UGC retainers with brands where I delivered consistent short-form content on a weekly or monthly basis. Typically, the structure included a set number of videos per month (for example, 12–20 short-form videos), with agreed-upon content pillars like talking-head education, testimonial-style videos, trend-based hooks, and problem/solution storytelling. Brands would provide briefs or scripts, and I’d film in batches, edit within a set turnaround window, and submit for feedback before final delivery. What made those retainers successful was creating a repeatable system. We aligned on tone, audience pain points, and key messaging upfront, then iterated based on performance. Over time, the workflow became seamless, I understood the brand voice deeply, which reduced revision rounds and made content feel more natural and authentic. I really enjoy long-term setups because they allow me to refine delivery, stay consistent, and build momentum with an audience rather than just producing one-off pieces.
