Important considerations for me when reviewing a product are: - Functionality and how well a product performs its intended purpose - Quality and how the overall build, materials, and durability of the product are - User Experience and how easy and intuitive the product is - Features and how they meet my needs - Price and how it compares to the products value and similar alternatives - Customer Reviews - Brand Reputation and how other products may have affected it - Safety and the potential safety hazards and/or concerns - Compatibility and how well the product works with other devices or systems - Environmental Impact and the product's eco-friendliness and sustainability

My first day as a Barista at Starbucks, I was trained for 2 hours and then thrown onto the floor to begin handcrafting personalized beverage items for customers. Working at a drive-thru did not help this either, as how fast we could take orders, take payment, and move on to the next customer was monitored by the store manager and district manager. With the 2 hours of training under my belt, I was instructed to memorize base drinks, and from there add syrups and toppings that went along with specialty recipes. From this experience, and the following year and a half that I worked for the company, I learned how to pay attention to detail while also talking to customers and also making sure the food in the oven was not burning. Now that the outside distractions have been taken away from the attention to detail, I have been able to maximize my efficiency while also maintaining a high quality product on projects at school and at home, and this I believe will be useful to you if you select me for this position.

Tarte is a beauty brand that has a great social media presence on Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube, and Instagram. What sets them apart is that they effectively use Tiktok and Tiktok Influencers that are up-and-coming to engage with millions of Tiktok users to display their products. Along with the influencers, they are super active on their social media pages and also repost videos from smaller creators who have featured their products in their videos. Another thing that set Tarte apart is their brand trips. Tarte this past spring invited a number of influencers to a villa in Turks and Caicos, and in return, had these influencers with large followings make videos using their products and talking about the trip. While these contribute to Tarte's large following, I believe what also sets them apart from other beauty brands is their Instagram page. While I do believe the information in the posts are relevant and informative, I would like to see more aesthetically appealing visuals, like the posts made on the Kylie Cosmetics Instagram page.
