How would you describe your knowledge of menstrual health? Do you feel informed on proactive and preventative health measures?
I have struggled with menstrual issues my entire life. I have endometriosis and irregular periods. Doctors did not believe my pain for a long time, so I had to research my symptoms to help me find an answer. I know a lot about menstrual health and how important it is to take care of it.
