Generally, it takes me anywhere from 2 to 6 hours to create a polished piece of video content, depending on the complexity. This includes concept development, filming, editing, adding captions or effects, and optimizing for the platform. For simpler videos, like trending short-form Reels or TikToks, I can often turn them around within a few hours. For more detailed, aesthetic, or educational pieces that require scripting, multiple locations, or intricate editing, the process may take closer to a full day. I always balance quality and efficiency to make sure the content feels intentional, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s message.

I also use tools like Later, TrendTok, and Instagram’s “Explore” page to spot emerging sounds, hashtags, and content formats. When I identify a trend, I evaluate whether it aligns with the brand’s values and audience. If it does, I adapt it in a way that feels authentic—often combining trending sounds or formats with educational, aesthetic, or lifestyle-focused messaging. This ensures the content remains fresh and engaging while still being true to the brand’s voice. I’ve found that balancing timely trends with evergreen content is the most effective way to maintain audience growth and long-term brand consistency.
