Are you lactose intolerant? Have you taken Lactaid pills in the past? If so, please share your experience navigating this restriction.
I am extremely lactose intolerant, and in the past when I've taken Lactaid pills they haven't worked and they've had a very unsettling flavor. Navigating this restriction is hard because most restaurant and food options contain dairy.
