Yes, I do. I’m a passionate singer, and music plays a huge role in my life. As someone living with PTSD, I use music as a form of therapy — it helps me process emotions and find balance. I dedicate at least six hours every day to listening, practicing, or performing, which not only sharpens my skills but also keeps me grounded and inspired.
