What is the most important thing a social media manager should be doing?
I think it’s feeling what our customers like and what they want to see. Like there is a trend which many people love, then we can show our product with that trend song or dance. Or we can make trend if we have a sense what they want.

I would focus on spring fashion and nice bentos with spring veggies because Japanese people tend to care much about their appearance and they do love food!

What online communities have you managed in the past?
Last 3-4 years with coronavirus, I had many opportunities to manage online communities and events. Most of them were international cultural exchanging events which I managed all international students and their presentations or booths.
