I stay organized in many ways. I have a notebook that I write out my schedule for the next day in with details about what I need and where I need to go. On top of that, I use Notion calendar for sync my Google and Notion calendar events and color coordinate things on my calendar (ex: social, work, fitness, etc.). I am always very on top of things like checking emails and messages on all platforms, and organize my emails into folders to make sure things don't get lost. In a work setting, I stay organized by clearly communicating with my supervisor to make sure I know exactly what is expected of me. Google Sheets is my go to for organizing accounts and projects.

Organization and deadlines are crucial to success in a role like this one. Giving students a detailed description of a deliverable can help keep in on brand. When I was a content creator for the Dorne Gig, they gave us clear deadlines and a brand guide explaining exactly what they were looking for including video hooks, a few talking points, and examples while still giving creators room to put their own creative spin on it. I would ensure timeliness and on-brand deliverables through clear, consistent communication and by offering a way for students to ask direct questions if there is confusion on expectations.
