If you had unlimited Saint James product, plus access to assets like coolers, merch, and a small budget, what activation would you plan on your campus — and how would you make sure people actually show up?

By leveraging my position within the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and my leadership within the Greek community, I will implement a multi-tiered activation strategy to establish Saint James as the premier beverage at the University of Pittsburgh. This plan begins with the "Chapter Refresh" program, placing branded coolers and consistent product stock directly into fraternity and sorority houses to integrate the brand into daily social life. Simultaneously, I will host high-visibility "Saint James Garden" lounges on the Cathedral of Learning lawn, featuring premium branded furniture and iced troughs to create an aspirational destination for the broader student body. To ensure maximum reach and engagement, I will utilize my personal network to sponsor key organizations like the Pre-Health Society, the Club Wrestling team, and the Exercise Science Student Org, positioning the product as the ideal clean-energy choice for both high-stakes academics and peak physical performance. Attendance and hype will be driven through strategic "Golden Cap" merch drops and exclusive VIP access passes shared across social media, ensuring that every activation turns into a high-traffic campus event that effectively scales brand loyalty across all major student demographics.
