How do you prioritize and manage your outreach efforts?

I’m very intentional with my outreach. I start each day by focusing on high-fit, high-intent leads and organizing everything in my CRM so I know exactly where to put my energy. I set daily goals for calls, emails, and follow-ups, and I always review what’s working so I can tweak my approach. My goal isn’t just volume — it’s making every touchpoint count and building real momentum with the right prospects.

What strategies do you use to qualify a lead?

When I qualify a lead, I focus on understanding their goals and pain points first. Then I dig into key factors like budget, decision-making power, and timeline to see if it’s a real fit. I keep it conversational — I want them to feel heard, not pitched. And if they’re not ready yet, I stay in touch and keep adding value until the timing’s right.

do you have any remote sales experience? if so, what tech stack did you use?

Yes, I’ve worked in remote sales before. I used tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage leads and find prospects, plus Mailchimp and Apollo for outreach. We stayed connected through Zoom and Slack, and I tracked everything in Notion and Google Sheets. Honestly, I think the tools help a lot, but what really drives results is keeping the communication real and personal.
