I would start with a product launch video, showcasing the products in a desirable way to promote engagement. I would end the video with “big announcements coming soon” so I could follow up with a post promoting our search fo student content creators. This will spark interest and allow us to create rules to apply, which will grow following. These rules would be to 1) follow us, 2) repost, 3) tag 3 friends in the comments. From here we can send those who complete the terms, an application to apply. We can gift products to our top applicants and have them create a video to see their work in action. This would create free marketing for us, while giving us a deep search for our best candidates. From there I would continue to post engaging videos about our products, review, etc.
