How would you engage audiences for art?
I have 5+ years of recruiting experience, so engaging audiences is something i do for a living. whether through physical art, writing, presenting, or speaking, i have been able to call an audience, hold their attention, and disseminate necessary information. it’s what piqued my interest in psychology so i can better understand others communication styles and so i can better understand others motivations.

Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you've managed in the past?
my previous social media experience is with consulting marketing initiatives. once given the goal, i coordinated video concepts, posting strategies, and communication plans with the Fisk University Marketing and Admissions Departments.
