How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
I think Gen Z are questioning the lifestyle of the typical 9-5 jobs. They don't want to work 9-5, they have realized that you can make as much money or more doing online jobs than a 9-5 job. They can travel and not be pinned down this way. Gen Z thrives in this type of work environment where they can be creative and still have the freedom to live how they want to live.
