How would you increase engagement on a new Instagram account?

To increase engagement on a new Instagram account, I would start by building a clear brand identity with consistent visuals and a voice that resonates with the target audience. I’d focus on a mix of engaging content, reels for reach, carousels for saves and shares, and Stories with interactive features like polls and Q&As to encourage participation. I’d also make engagement two-way: asking questions in captions, replying to every comment and DM, and encouraging user-generated content to build community. I’d also monitor analytics to see what performs best.
