Yes, both for boutiques. An example would be when I was connecting with the shopper, asking questions about their style and what they’re looking for. Many times I found that the most successful sales were when I connected it to my own life and talked about what I really liked about a product and why I thought it was worth the money. More than that though, the genuine care for the buyer allowed them to trust that what I was saying was true.
