A customer left a negative review of Dormify's service on a social media site. How do you respond to the customer?
The most important part of delivering customer service is ensuring the customer's experience with our team is satisfactory. In this case, I would contact the customer to better understand their complaint and find a solution that not only reconcile our relationship with that customer but also ensure that another customer would not have the same negative experience in the future.
