What's one way to build a personal connection with Stratosphere41 partners, retailers and prospective studios?
Surveys in my opinion are one of the best ways to get people involved and make them feel included enough to have a stake in the game. Each group gives a Survey to another group asking said group what they think their groups needs to improve on. Criticism is always help and it gives each group a chance to catch their flaws before it gets worse. Then if the company actually makes the change, the group that gave the criticism will feel more involved and loyal.
