Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
At the restaurant where I work, a customer once came in feeling a bit frustrated because they had dietary restrictions and were having trouble finding something on the menu that met their needs. They were struggling to understand what was safe for them to eat, and seemed unsure about how to modify dishes to fit their dietary preferences. After understanding their requirements, I suggested a few items on the menu that could be easily modified to fit their needs, such as swapping out certain ingredients or adjusting the seasoning. I also offered to check with the kitchen to make sure their modifications could be safely made. I took the time to walk them through the options and even recommended a few dishes that had worked well for other guests with similar preferences.

My approach would focus on personalized engagement, value-driven outreach, and consistent communication. I would take the time to thoroughly research the user’s profile, activity, and any interactions they’ve had with the product. Then, I would reach out via LinkedIn in a professional manner.

The greatest risk is not taking one." This fortune stood out during a dinner with friends, and it seemed to be a perfect sign for me to take a leap of faith and start a new project I’d been hesitant about. That night, I made the decision—and it turned out to be one of the best moves I’ve ever made.
