What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me is more mental than physical. It can start out physical by exercising or any kind of physical activity. The goal is always for me to do what makes me feel confident, energized, and in control of my emotions. I integrate wellness into my life everyday through exercise, diet, and lifestyle. I workout to feel my best which included doing Pilates, barre, and walking. However, the most important thing to integrate wellness into my life is by making sure I fit time into my schedule to see friends and family, even if it’s just a short catch up.
