how do you plan to track successful and unsuccessful content strategies?
I will be tracking the success of each post through the analytics. Based off the likes, views, and comments a video gets, I'll know whether the strategy I used was effective or not.

What do you think makes a viral video?
I think a viral video must have key components, such as relevancy, uniqueness, and relatability. People want to see videos that is different to the majority of the videos out there. Especially for a brand, it important to connect with their audience.
