I was once tasked to handle the entire purchase, delivery and installation of a specific electronic equipment for a client that was over seas. The client needed an 85” Hisence smart television that could screen record. The client wasn’t at his residential address at the time to check the delivery so I had to use my the exact descriptions I was given. I was instructed to drive a 1500 ton truck which I have never done so before at about 30km/hr tops just so the television doesn’t bump up and down. I was given an address description once and I followed it. On getting to the clients house, the television couldn’t fit in the space set aside for it, the client send specifications on installation and we had to go with it. We had to create an 88” television hanger space as opposed to the 75” that was originally provided, this was carried out in stealth so the client won’t even notice the change in fittings. Everything was done properly and the television was installed and the client was very pleased with the job in the end!
