I am a huge advocate for google calendar. I personally use this for my daily responsibilities and love how you can share availabilities with others. I would use this to document responsibilities as well as keeping a Google doc of our daily doings. Sharing a doc with our intended objectives can help clearly communicate our goals for each project.
