How would you grow the H\FC community from scratch?
I would grow the community from scratch by familiarizing myself with the purpose of this company and then I would align myself with that purpose. Through outreach I would then gather people who advocate for this purpose by DM’ing or emailing them. After gathering people who align with this company I would create rituals and rhythm that can bring some order. I would do this by creating weekly or monthly meetings to hear everyone individuals concerns or happenings. Through this the community would grow gradually but deliberately.
