How would you plan a wellness event?

Depending on what was asked of me and the nature of the event, I would first evaluate my timeframe and make a timeline and plan of how I will proceed with planning. I would create a variation of shareable social media posts about the event and recruit some of my teammates and friends within athletics to boost the posts. I would also create a hashtag if one was not already existing so people who attended the event could connect when they share to their social medias. I would try to host the event within the athletics facility or the school gym to best reach the target audience.

Share a little about your interest in fitness on campus.

I am a Division I athlete on GW's Women's Rowing team so I am super interested and involved in campus athletics. I am also very connected with members of the intramural teams here on campus so fitness here is a huge part of my life!
